Shipping methods

Orders will be shipped within a maximum period of 48 working hours, after receipt of proof of payment. We use the GLS for our shipping. All orders are sent with a registration number for tracking, sent by SMS or e-mail, as a way of guaranteeing proper follow-up of the delivery and the arrival of the items in perfect condition.

Zone A: Germany, France, Monaco.
Zone B: Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherland, United Kingdom, San Marino and Vatican.
Zone C: Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Poland, Czech Republic, Switzerland.
Zone D: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Sweden.

All costs associated with customs fees and other fees in addition to the shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

You can also pick up your orders directly from our physical warehouse at Shopping Town, Praça Dona Maria II n° 1234 LJ 23, 4760-111 Vila Nova de Famalicão, thus getting FREE SHIPPING, exempt from paying any shipping costs. You can pick up your orders immediately after we receive proof of payment, except in the case of pre-orders that have not yet been released.

We have another delivery method in which shipping costs are free!
You can reserve the products according to your purchases on our website in your Virtual Garage, just select the Virtual Garage option in the shipping method at checkout.
After receiving your payment, we proceed to reserve the purchased products, separating them immediately into a box that will be used to send your order free of charge as soon as it reaches the usual 150€ of free shipping to Europe.
If you want to receive your order before reaching the free shipping cost, you can contact us at any time to request the shipment of your Virtual Garage. This option will cost the normal amount of regular shipping.
